A competition application

My name is Melisa Adem and I’m 19 years old. I’m Turkish and I’m from Izmir. Izmir is a beautiful old city and is famous for its history. I live in a big house with my parents and I study at the university. At the moment I am studying English. When I finish I want to be a teacher – I love helping children.

From Monday to Friday I get up at 7:30, have a shower and breakfast and then leave for university. I usually go by bus and it takes thirty minutes to get from my house to the university.
