Company Workshop: Improving Communication Skills
Last Friday, BrightPath Solutions organized a half-day workshop focused on improving internal communication among employees. The event was held at the company's headquarters and was attended by over 70 staff members from different departments including sales, marketing, and IT.
The workshop began with a short presentation by the HR manager, who emphasized the importance of effective communication in teamwork, delegation, and conflict resolution.
