The CEnT-S exam consists of 55 questions in total and is administered in 5 sections.<\/p>

What are the number of questions and time limits for each CEnT-S section?

\u2022 Mathematics: 15 questions, 30 minutes
\u2022 Reasoning with Text and Data: 15 questions, 30 minutes
\u2022 Biology: 10 questions, 20 minutes
\u2022 Chemistry: 10 questions, 20 minutes
\u2022 Physics: 5 questions, 10 minutes

Each section has its own separate time limit. When the time ends, you must move on to the next section. Even if you finish a section early, you cannot use the remaining time in another section, and you cannot return to a previous section. That is why preparing for CEnT-S is not just about studying content. Section based time management is also essential. <\/p>


How is the CEnT-S score calculated?
The CEnT-S result is first calculated based on the raw score:
\u2022 Correct answer: 1 point
\u2022 Blank answer: 0 points
\u2022 Wrong answer: 0.25 point penalty
Then a normalization coefficient is added to the raw score to produce the final official result. This coefficient may be higher when the exam is more difficult.
